Eddie King, serves as the Head of Engineering of the Kin at Kinship, embodying the dual role of engineering leader and engineer at heart.  

His professional journey began at NASA, where he worked alongside engineers and scientists. This experience inspired him to pursue endeavors that built something new.  

Eddie later joined a startup as its 27^th employee, leading engineering efforts to build the first international booking system for a supply chain cloud.  

He believes that for every success, there are a thousand failures. As such, Eddie seeks individuals with a growth mindset and fosters an environment where it’s safe to fail and experiment.

In team building Eddie employs scrum practices and prioritizes the happiness and balance of this team members. He aspires to be a multiplier, amplifying the capabilities of those around him.  

Fun fact, he once had the opportunity to meet the cast of Harry Potter.
