After your technical assessment, you’ll discuss your process and results with an Andela interviewer. Be prepared to explain your approach and reasoning. You’ll need to demonstrate technical, communication, and professional skills. Live interviews also help us get a sense of your personality and work style.

Can I get assessed in multiple skills?
Although Andela is aware that all technologists can be knowledgeable in multiple technological stacks and languages when applying to enter the Andela Talent Network, the expectation is that candidates will choose the strongest and/or most comfortable technology they use as a daily driver for their assessment path. After entering the network, there will be the opportunity to be assessed in other skill sets, but when applying, the chosen path should be only one of the various available.
What happens when I join the Andela Talent Network?
First, you’ll be welcomed by our team! Next, we’ll ask you to complete your online profile. It’s essential that you include all of your relevant skills and make sure you use the right keywords so you are noticed quickly by our matching team. Once you’ve created and completed your profile, you will gain access to our job platform, where you can view and apply for roles. You’ll then have the chance to access our community platform, where you’ll be able to meet and collaborate with other like-minded people in the Andela Talent Network. You’ll also have the chance to meet with Andela’s Community Team, and join their weekly on-boarding calls, to gain the insights you need to set yourself up for success.
