Meet Daniela; this is her story.
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Daniela originally planned to train as a lawyer before exploring her talent for singing and songwriting. Pursuing a pop career, Daniela used various technology applications to help produce her music, and mastered Myspace and other emerging social media platforms to build her fanbase. Discovering a love for tech, she decided to retrain as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
Daniela is passionate about motivating others and has been a team leader at technology companies for the past 20 years, managing large teams of DevOps specialists, Quality Assurance Engineers, and other specialist technologists. With a strong instinct to solve challenges, she ensures every team member gets the support and time they need to grow their careers.
Daniela is not only inspiring her colleagues, she’s nurturing young female tech enthusiasts. A mother of four, her stepdaughter is following in her footsteps, studying systems engineering.
