It needed to proactively build out processes and tools to complete inbound tickets in a fast timeframe. Andela quickly provided a senior engineer to lead the development of Headspace’s CMS. Soon after the engineer began, they dramatically improved internal processes, expediting inbound tickets.
After that hiring success, Headspace expanded to five Andela technologists to work on all internal tooling across CX, website, and CMS to better support a rapidly growing customer base.
