Revamping Headspace Health's CMS to Serve a Rapidly Scaling Customer Base

Headspace is a personal meditation guide helping users achieve healthier, happier, and well-rested lives. When its user base began to scale, Headspace anticipated a spike in support requests. ​

They needed to proactively build out processes and tools to complete inbound tickets in a fast timeframe. Andela quickly provided a senior engineer to lead the development of Headspace’s CMS. Soon after the engineer began, he dramatically improved internal processes, expediting inbound tickers. ​

After that hiring success, Headspace expanded to five Andela engineers to work on all internal tooling across CX, website, and CMS to better support a rapidly growing customer base.​
