SalesRabbit reduces pull time by 98% with Adaptive Hiring

SalesRabbit, a provider of outside sales process solutions, needed to quickly fill important skill gaps on their product teams after experiencing turnover due to questionable hires.

SalesRabbit partnered with Andela source technologists for key leadership roles who would be dedicated to improving its product development processes. 

The Andela engineers made substantial contributions to SalesRabbit products, including the development of the company’s first external service independent of its core codebase. They built the architecture to support a new language for an upcoming code migration, creating an API and web hooks platform to automate QA processes that reduced pull time by 98%.
