Propelling Kinship's Feature Updates by Expanding Engineering Bandwidth

Kinship, a subsidiary of Mars Inc., one of the world's largest pet care companies globally, has been an Andela partner since 2019. They first approached Andela with an urgent need for additional engineering bandwidth to tackle new feature development.

Today, over 50 Andela technologists work with Kinship and related pet-care companies under Mars Inc. Andelans are embedded within Kinship's core engineering teams and support a wide range of functions, including new feature development, data initiatives, QA, and more.
