Andela Technical Leadership Program

Our nine-month career accelerator program, in partnership with the Government of Rwanda, provides you with the prerequisite software engineering skills to become an expert remote engineer.

Successful applicants work with world-class engineering teams and master the professional and technical skills needed to accelerate your career.

This scheme connects graduates from the Andela Technical Leadership Program with a 12-week internship at some of Africa's top organizations. Graduates will have the opportunity to add value and solve challenges in real business environment.

Andela Kickstart

Our 8-week introductory course to a career in software development, uses self-paced, online exercises to help develop your knowledge. With an emphasis on HTML, CSS and JS, this course is project-driven, helping you to build a portfolio project to show potential employers.
