Facebook and Andela joined hands to train 2500 Developer Circles members from Nigeria and Kenya with the aim of getting the participants ready for the job market.
The program catered to beginners through a foundation track and for experienced developers in the core track.
This program is specifically designed to showcase one’s skills by building projects that solve already existing problems. It also culminated in a career fair that linked participants to lobs in the local ecosystem.
