Before joining Andela, Vitri was the Vice President of People Ops and Strategy at Klaviyo and served as the COO and Head of Human Capital at Vega Factor. She has helped build systems to empower teams internally and externally to take ownership and drive results. The people she has coached experience incredibly fast learning and skill development. She has an incredible ability to problem-solve today’s issues while keeping an eye towards the future.
Before joining Andela, Anthonio was the Director of Business Development at Pinconsult Associates Limited. His experience in building and leading high-performing teams and working with cross-functional teams within an organization has greatly attributed to achieving business growth and scale.
Courtney is responsible for building product at Andela, a rapid growth startup that scales high-performing distributed engineering teams with the world’s most talented software developers.
Before joining Andela, Rosa was the Product Owner and Delivery Manager at Veriteer. She has been a huge support in enabling our teammates to deliver an excellent experience for those in our talent network through training, building best-practice playbooks, and knowledge management.
Before joining Andela, Francesca was a Recruiter for EMEA – PARS, TA Ops: Risk & Compliance, Loss Prevention at Amazon, and Associate Consultant at SEC Recruitment. She is very detail-oriented and analytical, which has helped her partner with hiring managers at director and vice president levels to define the teams’ recruiting needs and create the best recruitment strategy to help ensure a pipeline and close the hiring process with a win-win outcome.
Before joining Andela, Kristin was the Director, IT Client Success & Delivery at Vinali Staffing and Business Development Manager at IS Solutions, LLC. She has helped identify opportunities for improvement by using creative problem solving creating strong professional relationships to ensure the proper development for improved success.
