How to work for a global tech company anytime, anywhere

At Andela, brilliant minds and companies come together to build the future. We’re inspired by those who help to lead and enlighten in an ever-changing world. As part of our drive to unlock the potential in our community, we’re hosting a monthly series of webinars, inviting some of the world’s most exciting leaders and technologists to share their knowledge and experience. From innovation to career advice and guidance, these industry stories aim to spark insightful conversations and empower technologists as they grow their careers.

About the Session:

It’s official: the future of work is remote. As more organizations embrace both the remote and hybrid workplace, technologists are finding new global opportunities, working anytime and anywhere that suits them. The remote workplace offers flexibility for workers like never before – but is it all plain sailing? In this month’s webinar, we’ll chat with four of our talented technologists – Hannah Olukoye, Rizwan Jafri, Saheed Badru, and Teri Eyenike – to gain insights into navigating the change from the office to home, the positive impact on quality of life, and how to overcome any challenges in order to thrive.

Join this session if you want to know:

  • What are the benefits you get for working with a global tech company instead of locally
  • What do you need to know and do in order to do accomplish it
  • How non-technical people can go fully remote in a world in which most software developers are doing it
  • What it’s like to use Andela’s Talent Network to get a fully remote job with a global tech company

PS1: The session will be conducted via Zoom.
PS2: Zoom link to be shared via email upon RSVP.

The event is free and open to the public. Register to join us!
