The VP of Enterprise at Andela, Sachin Bhagwat is an executive with over 18+ years of experience in Consulting Strategy helping C-suite and VP Level leaders at Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients on Talent Strategy and Deployment. During the last 15 years Sachin has built businesses that have grown over 100% YOY. At Andela, Sachin is in charge of Sales, Account Management and Delivery of Andela’s vision of “Connecting Brilliance to Opportunities” at our Enterprise Clients.
Alvaro has worked as Product Principal, lead developer, ERP engineer, founder, consultant, recruiter, and BI specialist for companies such as Kenos, The Bristol Group, Wornick Company and Mechanism Ventures. His experience also encompasses working for various Brazilian chemical companies and taking part in several international projects throughout Europe. Alvaro participated in the F.I.R.S.T international robotics competition where his team, sponsored by Johnson & Johnson Brazil, placed third. As a college freshman Alvaro placed third at the Brazilian Nationals for the Microsoft Imagine Cup Competition in the Software Design Category. In high school, he was a Top 10 World Finalist. At Andela, Alvaro combines his passion for computer science with his recruiting finesse to build engineering teams for Andela and its clients.
Courtney Machi is the VP of Product at Andela, a rapid growth startup that scales high-performing distributed engineering teams with the world’s most talented software developers. She has over 10 years of experience working in tech, product, and startups. She’s particularly passionate about remote work and scaling distributed teams.
