Andela partners with Tek Experts to connect learning community members to jobs

In order to advance Andela’s mission to connect brilliance with opportunity, the Andela Learning Community took the initiative to unlock human potential by conducting learning programs in partnership with different tech leaders.

In 2021, we partnered with Microsoft to run the 4Afrika Skillslab Program, where we helped 3000 graduates and final year students to upskill and get certified in Azure technologies, such as Azure Data Scientist Associate, to prepare them for potential employment opportunities and increased productivity.

We understand that it takes more than just education to increase one’s employability, so we have built an employer network that can tap into our community of over 150,000 members, to help meet their tech needs while offering the community much needed experience.
