Adam has one mission in life: to accelerate the distribution of human expertise. His passion has led him from teaching in STEM classrooms to researching knowledge transfer in technology startups. Now he’s heading up learning operations and program development at Andela.
Prior to joining Andela, he helped Udacity develop Nanodegrees, re-designed online course interfaces with Udemy, and built software development bootcamps across the US.
Outside of Andela, Adam serves as an advisor to the international education non-profit Global Playground. He has an MA in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, and BA degrees in Physics and Literature from the College of Creative Studies at UC, Santa Barbara.
